Family Law
Rod Firoozye started practicing law in 1996 and has been a California certified specialist in family law since 2004. Before becoming a family specialist, Rod handled various complex business litigation matters, including cases against Microsoft and Earthlink.
Rod has written numerous articles and lectured about family law topics. Rod has also testified as an expert witness in California proceedings regarding spousal support and provided expert witness services about California family law in international cases.
Since 2008, Rod has been regularly selected by San Francisco Magazine as a “Super-Lawyer" given to the top 5% of lawyers in Northern California. In 2022, Rod was also selected by The Los Angles & San Francisco Daily Journal as 1 of 20 Top Family Lawyers in the State of California.
Rod is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and handles complex international family law matters.
Rod is regularly requested to consult or serve as co-counsel on highly litigated complex family law matters.
