Description

The main purpose of this program is to help family law attorneys determine EARLY in a case whether tracing is required for the client’s separate property and/or reimbursement claim(s) and how it can be done to obtain results promptly. 

We will discuss tracing of pre-marital separate property, Sec 2640 claims and post separation accounting.
