The Labor & Employment Law Section and Real Estate/Business Litigation Committee are co-hosting this June 12 presentation, that will review 2025’s Top 10 Mistakes still being made by businesses that generate employee lawsuits against them. The panelists will discuss such issues as: How are your posters and policies still non-compliant? What trainings have you failed to conduct that generate exposure? How have the courts broadened the definitions of both “supervisor” and “independent contractor” so as to increase lawsuits against businesses?
