Congratulations Passers of the 2025 Bar Exam!

Santa Clara County Superior Court in partnership with Santa Clara County Bar Association is offering you an opportunity to be sworn into practice in all California State Courts by Santa Clara County Superior Court Presiding Judge Julie A. Emede and to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of California by Senior District Judge Edward A. Davila.

The Swearing-In will be In-Person 

with a virtual option for friends and family to watch*

Advance Registration with SCCBA is REQUIRED on or before November 30. 

Registrants will receive detailed instructions on Monday, December 1, 2025 which will include State Bar requirements for finalizing your registration.
