Develop your skills as a trial lawyer! 

The SCCBA’s Second Annual Civil Trial Institute will be a six-hour workshop, spread over two days, for new and seasoned attorneys to hear from judges and experienced practitioners to improve real-world trial skills through hands-on activities. 

Day 1 will cover opening statements and documents at trial: how to move them [including electronic documents] into evidence and dealing with common documentary issues like hearsay and authentication.
