The Santa Clara County Bar Association’s ADR and Labor and Employment Sections invite you to join them for an evening discussing ways to make your mediations more successful.  Subjects include:

• How to Get to Mediation
• How to choose the best Mediator for your case
• How to best prepare your client for mediation
• How to draft a brief that gets results
• How to use your Mediator (before and during the mediation)
• The Mediator’s perspective

Each of these topics will be presented against the backdrop of various employment matters including Sexual Harassment, Disability Discrimination, Pregnancy Discrimination, and PAGA.
