Trying a case in Santa Clara County? Get the inside information on your trial judge’s likes and dislikes. Learn about how to more effectively represent your clients in trial without embarrassing yourself. This interactive program will cover everything from motions, jury instructions, evidence presentations, to arguments in the 21^st century.  

The program will also cover effective ways for dealing with false statements made by opposing counsel during trial, including what obligations, if any, counsel has to report them under the new rules.
