Having completed a 3-week jury trial via Zoom last Summer, Robert Nuddleman will share some insights and highlights from the trial. Mr. Nuddleman will discuss strategies used during the litigation that significantly altered the outcome of the trial as well as mistakes to avoid in any trial or hearing. We will cover benefits and drawbacks to video trials as well as some insights received from the jury regarding how the jury responded to impeachment evidence and expert witnesses.
