Learn best practices for representing restrained and protected parties in a restraining order proceeding where the restrained party has or is alleged to have firearms or ammunition. You will also learn what the District Attorney’s Firearms Relinquishment Team does once they receive a finding of non-compliance with gun surrender (FM1124)
