Description
Develop your skills as a trial lawyer! Hear from judges and experienced practitioners, and improve real-world trial skills through hands-on activities. Day 2 will focus on the stages of trial itself, from the opening statement to the summation. Throughout, you will hear tips on what to do—and not do.
*While virtual attendance is available, in-person participation is highly encouraged to get the most out of the Institute’s hands-on opportunities. Food & beverages are included for in-person attendees.
