Effective 2025, California attorneys are required to take at least one hour of education addressing civility in the legal profession. 

Please join our distinguished and experienced panel as they discuss recent efforts to increase civility within the profession, how courts have handled recent instances of purported lapses in lawyer civility, what civility and professionalism is (and is not), and how to conduct oneself civilly while still being a zealous advocate.
