Description
This is a basic overview of the business valuation process specifically tailored for Family Law attorneys. We will discuss how to find the right expert and how to work with an expert at different stages of the divorce process, what are contested areas of business valuations and how to approach them. We will define the most important terms and provide a general outline of the valuation process without going into accounting "weeds" but with sufficient information to allow attorneys to ask their experts intelligent questions and cooperate with them effectively.
