Competence: Kathryn Diemer, Managing Partner of Diemer & Wei, will discuss the issues of how health-related concerns affect competency, including specifically, strategies for attorneys to use to assist themselves in determining whether an event or health crisis has either temporarily or permanently put their ability to practice at risk, including strategies for limitation of risk and assessment for each attorney and firm to self-regulate and manage risk related to competency.
