Join a panel of distinguished scholars, representatives, and attorneys to discuss what this potential court decision means. Panelists will discuss the importance of the public leak itself, trigger laws and “ban on travel” laws, California as a potential refuge state, and national implications. Finally, our experts will discuss how this decision impacts our understanding of, and entitlement to, privacy rights more widely.
