Part 2 - Income Available for Support - Income from a Business and Sources other than Employment


This will concentrate on income available for support from a family business and will discuss how income from a business can be reported, what needs to be analyzed and a framework for this analysis. This part presumes that an attorney will be working with a forensic accountant and provides a general outline of the most common issues related to a business in a divorce.
