It is a 2 part series intended mostly for attorneys with limited experience in dealing with complex financial issues in divorce.


Part 1 - Income Available for Support - Income Reported on Statement W-2 


This will address income from employment reported on statement W-2. It begins with the reconciliation of complex paychecks to W-2, but most of the presentation is dedicated to the analysis of equity compensation (RSU's, options and other types) and how variable types of income are treated in support calculations, including Smith-Ostler support true-ups.
