Description

The goal of this program is to help attorneys read and interpret the basic financial documents used in a divorce case. We will look at paychecks and individual tax returns, there is also a short overview of business tax returns. These documents provide a lot of divorce relevant information and their understanding should be the foundation for discovery requests, planning case strategy and hiring various experts to assist with the case.
