First impressions matter at trial.
This seminar leverages a hypothetical fact pattern to highlight techniques and strategies used in jury selection and opening statements to help jurors see a case favorably from the beginning through the end of trial.
Attendees will learn best practices for jury selection and voir dire techniques to help identify a level playing field. The seminar will address how an opening statement is an excellent opportunity to connect with a jury in ways that helps them like you, trust you, and want to find in your favor. The first half of the seminar will be a panel presentation and the second half break-out sessions for attendees to create opening statements based on the mock fact pattern.
Light Refreshments will be Provided
