2. Humanitarian – Explore a range of humanitarian relief options under U.S. immigration law, including asylum, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), parole, and Deferred Action. Gain insights into the criteria and best practices for representing clients seeking protection or temporary entry due to compelling circumstances 

3. Employment-Based Immigration – Explore various employment-based visa categories, including requirements for both employers and employees, and examine evolving challenges in employment immigration law.
